Party wall agreement template, on the worked example
19

Each worksheet takes the figures from your own job and does the arithmetic on the page: how many notices the work needs and how many days you have left to serve each one, how many clauses and schedules the award will run to, how many items and photographs the schedule of condition has to hold, and what the surveyor hours on both sides come to. Nothing here is a fee schedule and nothing is legal advice. The Act's own sections are linked beside the answers so you can read the wording that produced them.

Every answer on this site comes out of the figures you type and the method printed beside them: your start date, your adjoining owners, your rooms and elevations, your surveyor's hourly rate. Where a period comes from the Act rather than from you, the section is linked so you can read it. Statutory periods are counted at their longest, two calendar months as 62 days and one as 31, so a date this site gives you is never short of what the Act asks.
